Bad news. Armenia and Azerbaijan are at war again and martial law in that region has been declared. Looks like 2020 hasn't poured enough salt in the wound already.

Armenia and Azerbaijan have had tensions and conflicts before the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991. The tensions were stared over the region of Nagorno-Karabakh which is in Azerbaijan but is claimed by Armenia. Wars have been fought over it, and people have died because of it.

Settings, under telegrams is a hyperlink that says Preferences. You can set WA Campaign telegrams to 'Block All'

Occasionally people will send the telegrams not as a 'WA' tag, which goes to WA nations, but as a mass telegram which goes to everyone it can. Mass telegrams are set as 'External', which bypasses the block but also gets sent to non-WA nations. If it's set as a WA tag it may be a feature to ease spam, but I'd send a bug report.
