The City State of Fiscali is a gargantuan, efficient nation, ruled by Richard with an even hand, and renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape, smutty television, and flagrant waste-dumping. The hard-nosed, hard-working, democratic, humorless population of 25.778 billion Fiscalians enjoy extensive civil freedoms, particularly in social issues, while business tends to be more regulated.

The tiny government is effectively ruled by the Department of Education, with Healthcare also on the agenda, while Spirituality and Defense are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Rigeria. The average income tax rate is 3.9%.

The all-consuming Fiscalian economy, worth a remarkable 4,000 trillion drumsticks a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Uranium Mining, Book Publishing, and Soda Sales. Black market activity is notable. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is an impressive 155,198 drumsticks, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.0 times as much as the poorest.

After every storm there's an expensive government-funded rainbow, beggars lack pockets for spare change, the only issue that Richard has is that there aren't enough issues (Fiscali has found 3 easter eggs), and traffic cops spend most of their work-hours calculating citizens' monthly income. Crime, especially youth-related, is pervasive, with the police force struggling against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Fiscali's national animal is the raven, which is also the nation's favorite main course.

Fiscali is ranked 7,190th in the world and 1st in Deliciousness for Largest Publishing Industry, scoring 15,553.56 on the Bella Potter Productivity e-Index.
