The Kingdom of Option Two is a colossal, efficient nation, renowned for its museums and concert halls, triple-decker prams, and spontaneously combusting cars. The hard-nosed, hard-working, devout population of 3.532 billion Option Twoans have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Industry, Law & Order, and Education. The average income tax rate is 25.2%.

The frighteningly efficient Option Twoan economy, worth 354 trillion Twopennies a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Retail, Basket Weaving, and Automobile Manufacturing. Average income is an impressive 100,227 Twopennies, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 3.4 times as much as the poorest.

Corporate executives continue to enjoy generous tax benefits while the public is taxed to the hilt, shell-shocked refugees are made to provide Immigration with lively renditions of 'Dancing Queen', diplomatic cables about Leader have suddenly been very flattering, and senior literature classes are left analysing why Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm is so darn sunny. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Option Two's national animal is the Second Choice, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Option Two is ranked 176,176th in the world and 93rd in The Wellspring for Largest Gambling Industry, scoring 133.17 on the Kelly Criterion Productivity Index.
