Fellow Nations and Citizens Thereof,

After much preparation and consideration, Grossmania was officially founded today in the Pacific region. Our nation will embrace freedom, tempered by the recognition that not all voices are of equal value on every issue.

To the broadest extent possible, our foreign policy will be benign. As we accumulate soft power, it will be employed to encourage expansion of human rights, speech rights, and education. However, we consider ourselves linguistic imperialists, and strongly favor English-speaking nations in our international dealings.

Regardless of your politics, your choices, or your directions of development, we wish all peace-loving nations of the world luck, and send our greetings.
