How would you feel about some sort of diplomacy with the RDP? You could join or you could have a non aggression pact and sum trade deals.

It basically pulled the government, but the people were left to suffer int he mayhem that ensued afterward. Unlike most, I don't want to see my people suffer, IRL or not.
