He Rode vehicles armed to the brim with weapons to deliver supplies. He might've met your Grandfather.

My Grandfather did serve In Vietnam in Navy and was lucky to live.

My Family is a Military Family well only on my Dad's side. My Grand uncle served in the Organization that gathered info on other countries specifically Soviets and when sent on mission he carried around Cyanide Pills.
