Training of police agents
The government decided to train good and strong police agents to elite army soldiers. The police agents will get a training of 2 years. The training will be heavy and each day very much exercises. These police men must be yonger than 25 years and 1 year employed. Win Oht Kilan also wanted it, but the rest of the government stopped him, Oht Dja Kilan did not stop. There are currently 15 000 police agents and 2000 of them have the good requirements. The police agents don’t have any choise they must get the training. Other young men who want in the elite forces may come also but they must be very strong.

Amendment to the constitution proposed! Kongress votes tonight!
A change to the Kolfronian constitution was proposed to give more authority to the executive branch and its subsequent departments. The KNP (Kolfronian National Party) has stated its full support for the ratification of this piece of legislation, which would allow the President to override a vote in Kongress, or made decisions without Kongressional confirmation. President Raud has continued to avoid stating his opinion on the proposed change.
In other news
A recent poll by the department of the census shows that an increasing number of Kolfronians support the legalization of gay marriage, now 30%. Up 23% from last year.

BREAKING - Chancellor: wealth must be limited

During a debate on the Budget, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr Roger McCabe, announced that he will introduce a bill that will cap the wealth of private citizens and privately-owned corporations. In order to avoid a giant flee from the country, the Chancellor also said that the tax will be based on the nationality of the person and the place where the companies were founded, rather than were they are actually located.
The Party of Nationalism, the leading opposition party, heavily opposed this new policy. Leader of the Opposition Arthur of Avalon thought that "we will see an exodus of companies like never before".
The Chancellor later announced that some businesses might get an exemption, but that no exemptions should be expected for private persons. He also said that he plans to cap a private person's wealth at 50 million Florines, and that of a company at one billion Florines. If it becomes law, the state will be likely to collect trillions of Florines.

Director Johann: I am lost here, sir. May you elaborate?
Engelbrecht: Tristar. The once forgotten private military, disbanded in the Old Empire. Trashed in the Democratic-Republic. Helped create the New Empire. They are at the level of American Special Operations teams. All they have to do is get into the motion of things again, and off they go. It won't require any money from us, as Tristar can be absorbed into the Empire. Ivan owes me a favor. We won't have to make the men lose their jobs either, there is 30 men, we can make six teams, each consisting of five men. Five of the teams will be labeled as Special Operations. One team, which we will determine out of the five best men, will be considered Dark Operations. The lone team will be known as Tin'ovyyvovk (Shadow Wolf). The details will be given with Ivan.
Director Johann: Ah, I see, sir. May I ask why this came to light?
Engelbrecht: We need to get onto the world stage. This is our first real step of that. The next steps, I have no idea as of now. This, though, is our first step. This may not get us recognized by some nations as a power, but this will allow us to carry out things we weren't able to due some time prior.

Multi-Billionaire John Richards to build four more working ship replicas
CEO of Carnival Corporation & plc John Richards has announced yet again that he will be providing funds for new traveling history museums modeled after two ships of the Royal Navy of the United Kingdom of Orange-bourgogne, both well-known around the world, HMS Hood and HMS Prince of Wales, and two from the Erausi (Eraus) Kriegsmarine of the Second World War, KMS Bismarck and KMS Prinz Eugen. AS Mr. Richards is funding all four ships, with a total cost of 18 Billion Dollars (with possible increases in budget), the four ships will make up a traveling exhibit of the Battle of the Atlantic, which the Hood and Bismarck were both sunk in 1941 (The Prince of Wales being sunk later that year as she made her way to Singapore with HMS Repulse while the Prinz Eugen was expended a target at Bikini Atoll) and the 2nd World War as a whole, teaching the traditions and histories of both the Royal Navy and the Kriegsmarine (now the Reichsmarine of Eraus). Construction all four ships will be done at the same time at the Galveston Shipyards in Texas and will last for two years. As these ships are exact replicas, they will be fitted with the coat of arms and insignias (save for the Bismarck, which will not have the Swastika painted on the foredeck). Mr. Richards has planned to have all four ships make a port of call in the United Kingdom at Portsmouth and then in Wilhelmshaven in Eraus respectively to make a symbolic return to the nations that built them in times of war (with Hood being built during World war One and the Prince of Wales, Prinz Eugen and Bismarck seeing service in World War Two.

Empress Yi Dasom Ri: "Of course, what else could you expect from the inferior ones." She opens the letter and begins reading it to herself
Cheo Ui-Sung: "If I may Empress, I suggest you read the letter to the media."
Empress Yi Dasom Ri: She stops reading the letter, and looks up at Sung "Moments like this make me so happy that we decided to keep you after my fathers passing. You may leave"
Cheo Ui-Sung: He bows and exits the room
Just a handful of minutes later, the Empress makes her way out to the podium set infront of the media, and begins her address to the nation
"The Empire of The great joseon has defeated the Americans once more. During the Korean-Yankee summit of Peace, we agreed on certain terms. But the Americans have already broken their side of the agreement. President Matthew Roosevelt was meant to deliver a speech to his nation, apologizing to Korea for its past aggresions. Yet, like all Americans, like a coward he did not. Instead he sent a letter to us, a letter that is an apology. An apology from the American government. Since I am sure that no one really wants this to continue, and the Americans currently being held hostage want to return home. I will do the job of President Roosevelt and read the letter to the world." One of her aids hands her the letter, she opens it and begins reading it "To quote the President 'It is my duty to inform you that the Union Government wishes to apologize for any past wrongs committed against the Korean people by past administrations of this nation. It is my hope that both our nations can return to normal relations in the future and perhaps one day see a return of embassies. Until then I hope that this letter will suffice as giving a live speech is out of the question due to political reasons'" Once she finishes reading the letter, she turns it around so the cameras of the world can see the official letter. Before she hands it to one of her aids "Now to complete my end of the deal, unlike the lazy American, I will do as promised. Starting today, all American prisoners will be returned to the United States. These Americans will be delivered to the nearest American base. Thank you" she leaves the podium and heads back inside, as the Minister of Foreign Affairs takes her place and answers media questions.

(In regards to history ON, it would make since for both have been sunk in the war. As I and others have stated, Britain would not remain neutral in ww2. As the Prince of Wales was sunk Dec. 10th, 1941 along with HIS Repulse by Japanese bombers and torpedo planes, you would be involved in the Pacific as Japan would have cared little for neutrality. I'm sure the same is true for RP Japan due to the war being mentioned (his history starting after said. The result would be Britain declaring war on Japan and this would have Germany, in this case Eraus, declaring war on you. The 2nd World War, along with the first, is too great an event to ignore as several nations here have histories that rely on it. My heavy mentions of D-Day and other important events in Europe are at the core of my history. We can of course talk more about this in TG or on discord.)

Work is proceeding smoothly on the USS Wisconsin and USS Iowa, with all main battery and secondary batteries removed and placed into storage. Work on removing the superstructure will proceed over the next several weeks or more before the ships are rebuilt from the keel up. This process will take will take no longer than 7 months to complete while the new superstructure, main battery and secondaries are furnished. Once all main and secondaries guns are installed, radar, sonar, anti air weapons and missile systems will be installed before both ships are given an inspection and fresh paint jobs. Any steel that is taken from both vessels will be reused for either maintenance of the other Iowa Class battleships in service or the Illinois Class Missile Command Ships. Main guns, turrets, and dual purpose guns will be kept in the event replacements are needed on the Missouri. Work on the Arizona and New York at at 75% completion and and as a result, work will be returned to normal levels. Both ships are still slated to be in service by the end of the year following sea trials and inspections.

Massive riots erupt in Talinn! Military Deserters take to the streets!
The city of Talinn, the glorious capital of Kolfronia, is under siege from 10,000 criminals, protesting the recent vote to abolish the legislative branch of government. Among them is the traitorous Evald Raud. Who has been apprehended by Kolfronian police. Raud has stated that he was horrified by the lack support for fundamental principles such as democracy, a flawed concept, that has been proven time and time again to not yield results or benefit society. General Valdur Opik has seized control of the city and the executive mansion. He has stated that he has the full support of the military, and will do whatever he can to enforce any new policies that he and his administration will create.
Around 300 criminals have been apprehended and publicly executed. Opik, who has named himself supreme chancellor, said that he will make an example of those who "disturb the peace of our fatherland." He has organized the traitor Raud's execution, which will take place next week.

Japanese News Network: breaking news inside Tokyo, Japan far left groups like National Communism Party of Japan, Socialist Party of Japan and Fascist Front Party of Japan has been protesting in the streets for two days against the Imperial Japanese government for the aggressive approach to Korea. While they are met with resistance from anti Korean protesters, the protest started to get heated of a Korean flags started getting burned and “down with Korean empire” chant started. The protesters start attacking each side until the police and the imperial forces started breaking it up. Then it turned to an all out riot it doesn’t look like it slowing down with half of the city is burning but prime minister Ayumu Aya is safe he’s in a near by town giving a speech when the imperial soldiers went to protect him.
