She raises her finger to the clerk, "Norm can you arrange for transportation from here to the hub airport then from Byzantinium to my capital?"
"I mean, I could warn the Byzantine government you are coming but I am not sure about getting transportation from the RU directly, I might be able to make sure a taxi is waiting at the airport. but that is all I am sure I can do, the rest would involve some sort of a consolation process with the provinces at worst and about 3 binders of paperwork at best, if this can in any way be shown as a diplomatic act."
The Man at the front desk waits
"Yes please do what you can."
Ganixa looks at the clerk, "I should have a ride waiting for me."
The man at the front desk looks outside of the hotel, "alright, you know the way to the train station then?" he askes as he prints out the paperwork and hands it over.
Ganixa looks at the paperwork and looks back at the clerk, "Well, I wouldn't expect less paperwork, but could you tell me the directions just to be safe?"
"Sure if you go out this door and take a right, go down 1 and a half blocks there should be a stare well down to the underground station, you are going to want to take the yellow VWK airport line heading to VWK international airport, you will go to the White and Kara Seas airline desk and hand them the paperwork and they should be able to help you from there, I did not get you a direct flight you will have one layover, Given you said you where from the Theocratic Republic I got you a layover in the Papal States, so you did not have to worry about Visa's in malta ... or being in the District."
Ganixa nods, finishes up the paperwork and heads towards the station, looking for the location to buy the ticket for the VWK airport line.
there are no ticket machines in the train station as in Vassa the public transit is provided for free at the point of service. the VWK airport train pulls into the station on line 3 as the old fassion tickers change over to show that the train has pulled into the station.

Norm calls up Ganixa to tell her the good news
Ganixa picks up the line and let's out a sigh of relief, "Oh thank the Great War God, now where is the place to buy a ticket..."
Ganixa looks every which way around the terminal for the train line but cant find a ticket booth anywhere.
"Um to get a ticket at the airport, it is the same desk you hand the paperwork to, or you should already have it if you did the paper work online." Norm says increadably confused "It should be right as you walk in you should see a line of desks for the different air and aerospace lines you go to the one you booked the flight though and hand them the filled out paperwork and then they should give you the ticket. did you go to the wrong place?" he pauses for a second wondering what she means by this question "I was actually calling to let you know that Byzantium is willing to provide you transportation."
With a tinge of anger Ganixa says, "My head is just all jumbled after the news I got from my homeland... now all I have to do is board the train line to the airport right?"
"well you need to get to the airport, get a ticket, go thorough security, and eventually get home yes." he says with a pause "WAIT your not at the airport yet? then what was this talk of needing a ticket? that explains why you cannot find a ticket station. no get to the airport then you should see the ticket desks." he says starting to understand this more. "So um why did you call me about getting a ticket before the airport anyway?"

"Back home we always had to buy a ticket for the train..." Ganixa clocks her head while on the phone.

"You are getting on a metro train, there is no ticket, you go to the platform, you wait for the train that you want, when it gets there you just get on it. no fuss with a ticket, I mean if you want I can have someone drive over there and give you a paper that says you can get on the train, but that is not needed." he says confused why a local train would need tickets to manage the seats available "But you do not need to worry about tickets until you get to the airport. I would recommend finishing up the paperwork before you get to the ticket counter there though."
The Train ticker board clicks over as the Yellow line to VWK leaves the station showing the next one will arrive in about 5 minutes.
"Is there anything else you need help with? other than understanding the signs, there should be a few English signs to give directions, and they should be somewhat easy to find."
"I'll be fine, I'm not the chief diplomat of Gandhistan for nothing!" With that Ganixa hangs up and waits for the train.
Exactly 5 minutes after the train left the next one arrives, in all the official and recognized languages of WK the message goes "Please stand clear of the doors, Please let the people leaving the train off before you get on." with that people start lining up to board the train, most with luggage tailing behind them.
Ganixa quickly loads on, constantly checking the time to see how much insufferable time itll take to get back home.

3 stops and about 20 minutes later the train pulls into the Airport station. People start pulling tickets out of their pocket as the door opens filling the train with cold air, as people start filling out of the train to the airport.
Ganixa exits the train and goes to the desk she was directed to by the clerk at the hotel.
"Hei ja tervetuloa Valkoisten ja Kara-merien lentoyhtiöille. miten voin auttaa sinua tänään" the person behind the desk asks as Ganixa walks up Most of the people from the train walk over to the security line. The line for valkoisten ja Karan merien lentoyhtiöt (White & Kara Seas airline) is near empty due to most people having the tickets already
