At the Receival of this telegram prompts for Richard to prepare for the Meeting. He Looks at his Sword, something that Came from one of the Cardonian Storage sites. Apparently according the file it was found in a Mine In Serkin during a Dark Winter Covert Op mission. Perhaps They can Provide an answer to why a Flame Sword managed to reach Serkin, get modified to where there is a tungsten Pole on it, before being sent here.
