We have been asked to provide aid to our allies in the independent states of Norway against possible aggression from 
Parann. As such we will be sending a thousand troops and twenty tanks and 5 attack helicopters to the area
We regard this action as an attempt to provoke us into conflict. However, we cannot ignore this, as such we will be stepping up our defences on our boards with both 
Kirin Taq and the Independent States of Norway.

It has been decided that we need a new flag so as such we will be unveiling our new flag shortly

Today maked the end of an error for the old flag of Triwen. Opinion polls about the change are still approximately 50/50. After the changing of the Flag ceremony at Government Building, a government spokesman had this to say:-
"Today marks an important day for the Federation, not since the Federations conception has the flag been changed until now."
At 1200 hours our forces will arrive in the Independent States Of Norway to provide aid as stated. We urge Parann not to do anything that could be mistaken as an act of aggression.
i am back, can we construct embassies between the solar alliance and the American empire region

Role Play
The Solar Alliance has decided to send some monitors to the Independent States Of Norway in order to assess the situation and try and de-escalate tensions in the area.
uh oh, what kin of tensions were there
If you have NS++ installed on your laptop or pc browser you should have access to the regional newspaper, which will give you a snap shot. Though basically the Independent States Of Norway have requested Kirin Taq aid against possible aggression from Parann. As you can imagine Parann aren't happy with this and have increased their military presence on their borders. As such i have decided in a role play capacity to send observers to the region.
We can officially announce that we are in discussions with the following Indecent Provinces Of Spain to join Triwen:-
* Galicia
* Castile and León
We have approached the province of Aragón to join us but they have refused our offer. These provinces should be officially part of the Federation within the coming days.
We welcome the monitors, as we suspect this is just a ploy from the Kirins to take new territory.
hey guys just come to a compromise
We are now a part of an alliance system spanning the solar system. What Kirin and Parann need to do is come to an armistice. I will be opening the borders for diplomats to come discuss this armistice, but if things do not go well I will issue the Nonpartisanship act declaring: "New Imperial Americas involvement in a possible war or conflict, we still have trade rights between the two conflicting nations, and we will be allowed to protect our interests in these warring nations."

At present it's unlikely that we will expand things into a space type role play. Though that's an option once we get more memebers :)
