Min-Li wakes up in a hotel room as the sun rises up from the window beside the bed. He stands up and gazes through the window, which overlooked the waking city of Zanagi. He'd been here for around a few days ever since Krisztofor's incident. Lately, he's been investigating the situation of Zangai himself. Today, he plans to go to the People's Investigation Administration office at the Zangai State government hall. As he rises up, he sits back down at his bed and grabs his phone. After some text and a few smiles later, he takes a bath and dresses up in his "presidential" clothes. As he gets out of the bathroom, he goes to the hotel room's intercom panel and calls a number.

Operator: Yeongsan Inn Room Service, How may I help you?

Min-Li: Uh, Good morning. This is room 2067, I would like to order one Kianese Breakfast Set please.

Operator: Ok. How will you pay?

Min-Li: Add it to the hotel room bill.

Operator: Yes Sir. The food will be there in 30 minutes.

Min-Li: Thank you very much.

Operator: Have a good day! hangs up

As Min-Li waits, he sits at the desk and opens his laptop. Just then, he receives a call from Inspector General Kang.

Min-Li: Hello, Mr. Kang?

IG Kang: Mr. President, I've done the analysis. It doesn't look good.

Min-Li: How bad is it?

IG Kang: I sent you the findings. This is bad, but it may just be the tip of the iceberg.

Min-Li: Checking it now...

IG Kang: I'll give you a hint: A rich man's house can't be purely built out of honest money.

Min sorts through the information. Surveillance, banking statements from the Zangai Region State governors and representatives' public profiles show unusual spikes of money withdrawals and deposits. They look like they're from the businesses they own, as politicians are allowed to pursue other occupations if their salary is too less to fund their projects.

Min-Li: Line is secure.

IG Kang: The income of their companies is ludicrous. And if you check the other email I sent, it has recordings of all incidents of police brutality done in public where a cctv was visible. Another thing, most of the investigators who were stationed in the Zangai region have recalled being prevented access to a crime scene either because the State government didn't allow it, or the Prosecution and DOJ got there first. I knew this just today and I'm having serious doubts about my state inspectors.

Min-Li: I'll get to the bottom of this. For something so blatant to be present in our government, someone either had to cover it up or convince people not to talk about it. Please send me two of you best investigators in Zangai, I'm headed to the Zangai State Government building today.

IG Kang: Yes sir. Be careful. If I were you, you should check if someone's been tampering with your government. I talked with Kai and the others from the company. We're convinced that this has to be conspiracy of the highest order. I myself conducted a secret research on all of the state governors and representatives. Most, maybe I could 62% of them are from or connected to the Kianese Elite.

Min-Li: I'll take note of that. For now, give me frequent updates of what is happening in the cabinet. We can't afford to lose the country we fought for. Min out. hangs up

Min puts his phone on the desk and sighs. Han was half right, but he couldn't join him because of his extremism. He turns his head slightly towards the window and saw that it was around 7:00.

Min-Li didn't look like Min-Li. Nor did he have the voice that all knew to be the president's. This was the best way to meet Xieren Han face to face. Min-Li wore color contacts and changed his hairstyle. He bought a new set of clothes as well. All this to assume the identity of a shopkeep of a shop that didn't exist. He was Yeong-cheol Choi. A former shopkeep whose shop got replaced by a big office building of a corporation. Yeong-cheol was walking to one of the places where he'd meet a person he supported. Han Xieren. He joined among the crowd and watched as the man was about to give a fiery speech.
