What is your State of the Union?

Okay. Since the meeting didn't happen today. I'm assuming it has been rescheduled, so when is the meeting going to be now?

Good Morning Free Nations!! How are we this morning. This meeting is now open for session!
Morning, I'm in the middle of replying to issues previously brought up during my absence.
That's ok! today we will work on the nations of Parliament and try to get your cabinet built. I see we are up to 12 nations!
I don't know if I will have the ability to be present at that time, so I would like to present a few thoughts for discussion at the meeting.
Constitution and Governmental Structure
We need the following Ministries not provided for in the Constitution:
Home - Responsible for the recruitment, welcoming and retention of new nations.
Culture - Organizes RP's and Events for the Region be it on the RMB or on a forum in the future.
Defence - In my many years of NationStates experience, The only regions that need to fill that Ministry would be raiders, defenders, or imperialistic regions. Since we have embraced none of those of positions, it is my opinion that this Ministry is redundant and should be defenstrated until such time as we grow large enough to sustain a Militia and become active in whatever phase we choose.
Forum
As an experienced Forum designer, builder, and administrator let me state a few facts:
Our region currently has 12 nations.
A forum, on a good day, generally has 5 to 10% of the regional population as ACTIVE members.
At best, the forum currently would have 1.2 active members.
I recommend that the forum idea be placed on hold until we triple (at least) our regional size and activity levels.
OK I can change that because we can use nations in those slots. Do you have anyone interested being in your cabinet at the moment?
Everyone who is in the World Assembly, please endorse me so that our region can have a greater influence in the WA. Each additional endorsement gives me an additional vote.
My state of the Union will be released this afternoon to this evening!
Today will start the 2nd term of the Prime Minister for the next 90 days!
I have made one offer and have received one request for Defense, which, as I have posted, I deem unnecessary. I will publish the names of the appointees as soon as I approve them.
Ok that sounds good. I will go ahead and change the constitution real quick and take out defense. Should we just put it under Justice?
Take it out completely. We can reinstate it when it becomes an issue or when changes in circumstance deems it necessary.
I would just like to thank everyone for their endorsements for our regions WA Delegate. I promise to represent us well, and if anyone needs anything please send me a telegram, I will get back to you within the same day.
Ok I will take it out and I will release my State of the region. I almost have it typed up.
Today is your chance to run for Parliament. If we get 3 nations you are in. If there is 4 then we will have an election.
The constitution has been changed and the State of Region is coming out.
I've read the updated Constitution and it sounds good.
