Took Mom out for her birthday, and paid too much for a mediocre meal at what is usually a good restaurant. Although she was happy, and that's all that really matters. Also, her 'senior menu' dinner was bigger than mine or my brother's. Madness.

Head of the State Central Planning Committee Gleb Bleg has emerged as the apparent new head of government in Orange, General Secretary Trebor having "succumbed to his illness", while Deputy General Secretary Yma "retired for health reasons". Both are assumed to be deceased. Bleg, with a long and deep seated hostility toward the Republican Federation has accused us of "fomenting counter-revolutionary active" in Orange. Whether this is simply rhetoric remains to be seen, but we expect a major shift in Orange's foreign policy, and not for the better.

Tonight finds Tubbius and Mrs. Tubbius cuddling together on a big sofa, wearing matching lavender nightgowns, and sharing boxes of doughnuts while enjoying a documentary on Their favorite clothing store: Tubbabies. What originally catered to only pregnant mothers-to-be made a revolutionary change to include men's wear sized for the big-bellied Tubbian hubbies to said mommies, especially after one time Tubbius lost a bet and was photographed in one of Her Gravidity's MaTubbity brand gowns. In fact, the nightgowns They are wearing came from this same store, and they are quite, quite comfy to wear!

Sneyland I'm travelling to Finland for a Moose farmers convention. You'll need to mind our farm in the interim. It'll only be two nights. In my absence I've taken the time to create a list of rules to assist with your decision making on teh farm.
1. Each Lazarean is entitled to one bowl of moose stew (except for mr Mzeusia as per the competition agreement)
2. Take note of the list of.... concerned individuals... make sure we're giving them half stew portions.... we need to be seen as caring for the health and fitness of the community.
3. Make sure people refrain from using naughty words around the farm and wearing offensive things. Words like 'darn' and 'hollar' should mean automatical removal from the premesis
4. Make sure with the petting farm people don't linger around the baby meece too much.... we want to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Maximum 1 minute pets.
and finally 5. I want you to keep a close eye on Mr 
Guiness Freaks. He's the main suspect in my ongoing investigation into the mystery drunk moose and vodka filled troughs.
