Hm. The fact that i have an airbase hurts the reasoning for war. Alright i think i can use the airbase to trade supplies through air, station troops for joint operations, and expand the Easarion military presence in the world. Yeah. Alright i think I've found use for the airbase. War shall be avoided.

Nah, I wasn't aware i had an airbase before since it wasn't on the map. Wouldn't make sense now. How about the both of us focus a military operation elsewhere?

See it's kinda complicated. Easario and Easarion Unistan were initially the same. However Easario became a Federal State of Kampf while Easarion Unistan became independent. However Easarion Unistan still works closely with the homeland and the Empire. It's President is also the Governor of Easario. So in essence it's the same but different.
