At the minor update of March 26, 2024, The Shadows successfully refounded Berb. Berb claimed that people trying to raid it would get fooled, but at the same time gave every officer power to anyone who joined. The region also had executive delegacy and tried to find a delegate in the gameplay forum.
3 of the nations in the region CTEd together at the major update 1 day and 11 hours before the raid. It is possible that they were one person's puppets.
The founder, who was the last remaining native in the region, also had its most recent government activity at 27 days before the raid happened, which means if they have no vacation mode they'll CTE at the next minor update.
The region never got a delegate.
