The hall was too distracted that, when the group walked to the circle and Roderick began, nobody in the hall paid attention to him, besides the Elders and Sukov, who couldn't hear him because of the noise.

Sukov reached under the stand and grabbed a wooden gavel. He looked at the Assembly, which was still chaotic, and slammed the gavel against the stand. The loud "Bang!" of the gavel quickly silenced the hall.

Sukov leaned over the stand, watching Roderick. He cleared his throat and began in a raspy voice; "State your name and position in your nation's government. You'll have to repeat it due to there being too many children in the Assembly."

CORRECTION ON THREE:
According to the Joint Typhoon Warning Center, maximum sustained winds are 35 knots (1min sustained). That’s about 40 MPH, which in this case would make it a Tropical Storm on the SSHWS scale that the JTWC (as well as the NHC/CPHC) uses. 3min sustained winds used by the India Meteorological Organization show that this cyclone has winds of.. 55KM an hour as of when it formed at 2PM EDT, which is 34.18 MPH, making this a Deep Depression. By 8PM it is supposed to become a Cyclonic Storm and most possibly be named.

Neither, it's a religious minority originating in Brethren that has decided to break away (and now wants some of Ancobristan's land to do that with). Controlled by the Bearthren you know and love :)

The now ex-Senior Investigstor arrived back at his office then punched off some files from the shelf, as he was angry. He was just fired by The Directory and about to be sent to be secretly tried in Chile-Paraguayan soil, according to the surveillance by the government, and he had to bring all his things out of his office to prepare his leave. Then he had an idea, which was going to be the last opportunity for him to be saved. "Why treat Nekos as humans? Science is Science, no idiotic morals or ethics are needed. Everything for our knowledge, even risking other non-humans!" He thought in his mind. He went to recruit a certain amount of staff into a new cause by convincing them, as he was very charismatic and manipulative. Then, an alarm went off, as gunshots were heard inside the Institutional Sector B-9, then they stopped as the mechanic doors of the second Entrance Gate opened. The newly made Ericson Research Inc. had just finished it's first experiment, and willing to do more. For science is unlimited.
