War... war may not change morally, but the only thing about it that can change is technology. Upon explosions and thunder-like sounds heard across the borders of the completely independent United States of Kianhua and the damned, so-called "independent" Kianistan, an old man is sitting on a chair, at a command center of a developing town. This town is named Caoyuan, which means 'grasslands' (Kianhua gave me permission). The old man is named Liao Mu, he is a major-general of a military division of an army from a foreign country, but he lives here. These men that he is commanding is not his race, but as long at they are human and trained in warfare, he doesn't matter for now.

Liao Mu is listening to the speeches of a San Sierran general Serafín López, with the following sentences:

 /\/\ This is General Serafín López of the Orientalis Corps Second army, we have files and reports that came from the Kianese Army of Kianhua, the nation has once again entered a war with the Kurikian held Kianistan. Further reports from the San Sierran space agency and air force indicate that the Kianistani army, despite a violent volley fired from Kianhua, is sending mass reinforcements of about more or less than one hundred thousand confirmed, including vehicles such as tanks and Infantry Fighting Vehicles. As General López, I give the command to the second army to mobilize troops, armored vehicles and mobile artillery units. Do not worry about aerial superiority, the air force as confirmed that the Escuadrón Caza 107ma will be arriving to wipe out any Kianistan aircraft they see.

We are not going to war, but we are defending the Kianese society, since we cannot afford an offensive operation due to the war against an Unistani nation going on. For officials and soldiers of the Orientalis Corps, I wish you luck. God bless you. /\/\

Major General Liao Mu stoop up from the chair, changing radio channels to communicate with his San Sierran soldiers, telling them to form up positions, prepare defenses and move to defensive locations in case the Kianistani army sends in soldiers to invade Kianhua. San Sierran tanks are ready as well.
