Yes, as Ikjan said, I have. Folk in Erinor speak Syaqin aren. Here's a sample:

"Alyero! Khardar Lyeral Khumardo Khavico myevadeu susacrein."
[Greetings! May your mountains never be darkened by clouds.]

Sedunn has also constructed his own language and much more diligently than I.
