Angels were literally created to be soldiers against Perdition. Each God has their own army and their own plane of Paradise, i.e their own country if we were to try and make comparisons to more real world understanding. Each God/Country having its own army they can just kinda pop out at will. Getting Gods within the same domain to agree is easier, but with varying personalities even that isn't always so simple. Besides that there are exactly two things Paradise as a whole would need to come together to agree on for: One, deciding on a Risen God which to be fair isn't really an official thing in the first place. It's just that one can only be considered a Risen God if Paradise as a whole decides the mortal in question is effectively a Godly being. Meaning the Gods have to agree. Two, a collective smite of screw you. All the Gods and angels could unite their power to perform a collective "you die now" smite that would rock even an S4's world. Wouldn't kill an S4, but they'd be hurtin' good. Anything less than S4 would be 10 levels of boned.

Other than that, Gods don't interact with other Gods on a mass scale. No need to, they're all doing their own thing. For the most part they will really only interact with the other Gods in their pantheon. Of course there are exceptions, Gods have lives too. They are allowed to have friends outside their Pantheons! XD

Well that does give me something to think about on where my other god stands on this. And fair enough on the collective smite route, sounds like a pain to deal with. And I now have the image in my head that Risen Gods are the divine equivalent of fanfictions, nothing official and will barely be respected unless it is liked by enough of them.
