ooh now im #1 in the region for defence forces, like i always hoped.

It's safer and more secure if we have a Founder, and once the Delegacy is stable it will also allow us more freedom to do things like gather WA endorsements, something we had to cut way back on in Pacifica for security reasons.

My understanding is keeping the old RP system is the plan, yep.
