"We are saddened by the state of affairs in Lazarus," Sirakles Tylosis said. "It is clear that an end must come, and tearing one another apart in a global conflict benefits no one and harms all. We must not go down that road and in order to preserve peace which we all hold so sacred, I would like to extend the offer to host talks here in Mzikos. We may be in tense times, but with discussion and negotiation, I have no doubt that all can be resolved to the satisfaction of the Northern powers and the Southern powers alike."
