Novus Lucidum

It has come to my attention that the Communications Officer role is not a very active role. I don't like 'not' working. I believe there is more that could be done with this role, except.. I don't see what else there can be done.

I'm asking for you to give off ideas as to how I could better serve this region or NS as a whole. Passively sitting around for recruitment telegrams to be funneled through is getting on my nerves. I NEED TO WORK.
