If that isn't enough, then I guess we'll be role-playing without you. You clearly cannot see that if we ban the ideology of anything, which I should remind you is against the constitution by itself, then we must ban all similar ideologies that fall under that umbrella, which will be most-- making this region bland and boring.

Honestly, if it was just that I'd be fine with it. The problem is that the two persons with who I spoke with didn't make any difference between genocides on purpose (nazism, the supremacy of the germanic race) and genocides with excuses (Religions, Communism, where the real purpose wasn't those ideas but the sole control a state or an organisation whishes to have on a population).

I'm also against banning anything in the constitution because it's an IC piece of paper that will take ages to be amended and targetbanning isn't the right idea. Insults or overall discrimination towards a specific group of persons should be one of the only criminal offenses listed in a Legal Code (as a law) for the IC part, and in regional rules for the OOC part. However, in a world of free thoughts in which NationStates is part of, fascism (and therefore nazism) should not be welcomed.
