Region: The Fallout Wasteland

War... War never changes.

Students of Green Lands Academy were bought out spots within Vault 443, the Vault's intention was not to experiment, it was to preserve. The Vault claimed the student's spots and planned for the future ahead of Vault-Tec. In 2077, the bombs dropped and the students were evacuated to Vault 443 where they would be registered and given a tour. The Vault's Overseer, Mack Damian, ran the Vault with ease. Nobody was treated unfairly and resources were appropriately divided. Years had passed, and so had the Vault's Overseer, which led to elections. A very sociable yet manipulative Vault Dweller, Simon Garand, had won the election against the other competitors and was now managing Vault 443 and it's entirety. Simon Garand is a very strict leader, using his power to force people's hands and using his silver tongue to earn what was given. Simon made the Vault into a dictatorship and used the Vault's Security Team as his puppets. Nobody dared to lead a revolution against the Overseer, they were afraid of being removed from the Vault so they were forced to submit. Once the Vault opened Simon led the group of Dwellers into a life of drug manufacturing and crime, never going back to their normal lives as Dwellers ever again. Simon had promised the Dwellers a life of wealth and influence, some left and some stayed to see the end of it. The few that stayed formed into a criminal organization led by Simon himself. The pre-war ruins of Green Lands Academy were repaired to become a base of operations for the group. The university was now a safe haven for criminals and Den members alike.
