FOREIGN MINISTER.

We must do whatever it takes to restore the vision we once had; bring back the unity and mend the relationships we have lost. This will not be easy, but I know that there is nothing we cannot do when we do it together.

This is our mission and our moment so let us take the initiative, the positive step forward and show those around us who we really are; kind, inclusive and dedicated.

We are one of many, and although we may be small our potential is great. Novus Lucidum will prevail.
