We are pretty sure that the reports Malta has provided have been exaggerated, through Bribery or pure Malice of the Refugees. This seems like an obvious plot to overthrow the as far as we know Legitimate Government of the Imperial Realm. Typical NADO trying to smear a government out of existence.
