Region: New West Indies

Less than a year ago this region was nearly torn apart due to political parties. Parties brought nothing good to this region, just division, tribalism, and childish toxicity. Political parties almost ruined us, and I think ignoring this history and trying to bring them back is a dangerous and reckless idea. No one can force you to abandon your new party, but I strongly encourage you to do so, for the sake of keeping our region together and not repeating the same mistakes we've already suffered through. I cannot support your initiative, and I strongly denounce your efforts.

To add to Kart's quote, here is one from our August Founder on this subject.

Whether the aforementioned argument was intended by one of the parties or not, I'd like everyone to remain calm during election and campaign season. We are a region built on democracy and freedom of expression and opinion, that's true, but those freedoms do not entail the right to call the other person's arguments "BS" or to tell the other person to "get a grip". Those remarks have nothing to do with freedom of opinion or expression, this is just childish bickering, plain and simple.

The Constitution and passed legislation are intended to ensure fair and transparent elections for each participating party - I did not come up with the Constitution and I did not found this region with the image in mind that, sooner or later, elections were going to be a sh**-show with both sides just telling each other how bad the other is without giving information and constructive comments on what they want to achieve and work on after they won the election.

What would be the better choice? A deserted region with no one else left, or a region full of dissent between its members and an overall toxic atmosphere?
