Alright, so as the former Chairman of the Transport Pog Party and the original creator of the image that caused its conception, I'd like to finish off this debate with my two cents on the situation.
First of all, I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiments expressed by the more veteran members here. Splitting up a region into groups like that is going to cause animosity.
We've already got enough with the Coniferan Remnants, so we don't need more splits.

The thing about the TPP is that... it should've never existed in the first place. I'm mad at myself for getting caught up in the moment and allowing my dumb edit to go that far.
No offense intended towards any of the members of the TPP, but it was a mistake.
In the heat of the moment, mistakes happen. And that's not a bad thing! But it's when they spiral outwards into a bigger problem and no one thinks twice that it becomes a bad thing.
Which is what happened with the TPP. We didn't really stop to think that maybe making a political party (one based off a Rimworld object pogging, no less) in a region that is adamantly against political parties wasn't a good idea, and here we are now. Even if some of the ideas we had were good, the entire foundation was shaky.

The party's effectively dissolved at this point. I'll still be encouraging more offsite activities if I can, which is part of the party's platform, but I won't be supporting initiatives like this unless they've got a solid foundation.
