Parliament has consented to multiple government reforms, including the delegation of power to five Counts and 13 Viscounts, the new position of Oberste to rule over the Counts ans Viscounts and the moving of the Cato fortress monastery to the new province of Meigen. Pontiff Albus of Martyris will be the Viscount of Meigen and the church will be given a donation due to the setback.
