Midday update, because something amazing just happened: I've taken a very sharp upturn. My mind has cleared except for a minor headache, and I've stopped falling unconscious randomly. By all intents and purposes, I'm very near to recovery. I'll probably be in for another week, just to be certain that I won't have another relapse, and I'll probably be restricted on activities for several months to ensure that I don't strain my heart, which is already in extreme danger of failing. Otherwise, though, I'm doing much better.
