Following confirmation from the Concordaian Government about the proposed Civil Exchange, preparations have begun for the Exchange, and coordination with the Concordaian Government for travel and stays have been achieved.
Chosen to travel alongside Princess Luvenia Arala throughout her travels is Audotiani Student Aaile Alnsarral, a 19-Year-Old International Affairs Student at the Audoti International University in Audoti, Audoti, who has a knack for A.I. Engineering. Notified of her choice to represent the Confederation's Student Body in the Civil Exchange 2 months before it was scheduled, Aaile was glad to accept the chance to travel to represent the Confederation and alongside Princess Luvenia.
Back in the Confederation, arrangements were also made to accomidate Princess Inanna Thea von Crossfeld, which the Public was glad to have coming to visit the Confederation. Arrangements were made for Princess Crossfeld to stay within the Capital City of Ivery, within the Ivy Heights district in a Top-Of-The-Line High-Rise Hotel. She would be provided a living stipend from the Confederate Government, and would be allowed an All-Encompassing Travel Pass for the duration of her stay, giving her access to all forms of Public Transit in the Confederation, from Public Bus Systems to High-Speed Bullet Rails and all in between for no cost.
Now, with the preparations and details having been arranged, travel is now being arranged and set into motion, and Luvenia as well as Aaile are set to arrive in Concordaia within a week.
