OWL recommends voting  AGAINST  the at-vote resolution, "Condemn Elysium Station II". The Delegate has been asked to cast their vote accordingly.

The at-vote resolution, "Condemn Elysium Station II", seeks to condemn the nation Elysium Station II ("Green") on grounds of raiding actions in the well-known and already-condemned invader region Lones Wolves United. The resolution lists the many operations (with leading involvement) of Green at different times and expresses how horrified the Security Council is by these events.
It's almost believable. However, the author, Kingdom of Napels, is none other than a puppet of A Bloodred Moon, a member of the LWU who has already been condemned for raiding. It thus appears that this proposal is but a means for a raider to offer a badge to another, as for raiders, a condemnation is an honor. This truth can also be seen breaking through this resolution's facade of dismay, as it seems at times to almost praise the nominee's raiding, only reinforcing the previous argument. The South Pacific firmly stands against such positive recognition of raiding, especially when it is this thinly veiled and coming from authors who are actually ideologically aligned with the nominee they're supposedly shocked at.

Thus, OWL recommends a vote AGAINST the at-vote resolution, "Condemn Elysium Station II".
