Articles:

I. The Fall of the Empire of Margaux (CTE) that leaves their Solar System Holdings (M-territories) unoccupied, will see the 5 signatories of this treaty as the new successors of the M-territories.

II. The M-territories will be split as follows:
M-territories
Planet Mercury – 66% Margaux => (26% Porymonia, 20% Keswickholt, 10% to Krystalveil, 10% The Galactic American Imperium)
Planet Mars - 5% Margaux => (3% Krystalveil, 2% AxeCapital)
Planet Neptune - 5% Margaux => (5% Krystalveil)
Titan (Moon of Saturn) - 100% Margaux => (80% Keswickholt, 20% AxeCapital)
Ganymede (Moon of Jupiter) - 95% Margaux => (75% Keswickholt, 20% AxeCapital)
Dwarf Planet Ceres - 100% Margaux => (100% Poymonia)

III. Following this Treaty, the M-territories must be returned back to the Empire of Margaux should they ever rise again.

IV. M-territories cannot be gifted or traded with anyone other than those 5 nations in this Treaty.

V. The 5 nations should strive to defend and protect the M-territories from falling into the hands of any nation outside this Treaty.

VI. The 5 nations in this Treaty shall have the right of claim to the M-territories should any one of these 5 nations fall (CTE).
