A major blow took place for the Sri Lankan Leadership as SL Forces in Jaffna Surrendered to Indian Forces, this allowed Indian Forces to futher advance into the country, Threatening to Capture the Entire Northern Province. Population have also taken an opportunity of the situation have begin to create blockade against Sri Lankan Armed Forces and also protest. All this finally forced both the Sri Lankan PM and President to flee the country, practically leaving the entire island under chaos. Indian Forces took advantage of the situation and quickly began to advance as Sri Lankan Forces morale broke. A Mechanized Battalion was landed North of Colombo from there it faced no resistance as it entered the city, apparently the city's defenders disbanded as many deserted, as the hostile forces are basically falling apart, the Indian Forces are now only involved in clearing duty where it is now finishing off any Pro Government Resistance, disarming Sri Lankan Armed Forces and maintaining Law and Order.
Aid for the island is also stepped up as IAF Aircrafts and Indian Naval Ships start making trips to captured airports and ports to deliver the much needed aid.

Vandalism,tear gas,water canons and modern day Davids as protests in the Philipos SAD turns violent after police prevented protestors from entering Mavis Road which leads to the legislature building of the city . According to the Philipos City Police Service 14 protestors have been arrested,11 protestors and 1police injured as police clashed with protestors at Constantine Park. Protestors are demanding the resignation of the city's current Chief Executive, Prokopis Kusi. Opposition parties and their members are calling the arrests " a shameful attempt by the government to suppress the voice of the people"

Restoring Order
CRPF units have begin to take over Law Enforcement duties from the Indian Armed Forces as finally some stability is achieved as Food and Fuel Crisis are dealt with, Electricity is also restored and basic services are now running again as funds rush into the Island. Sri Lankan Accession to India
A Nationwide Referendum was held in Sri Lanka to determine if the Island wants to merge into India. With a 74% Turnout, 68% Said yes, 26% Said no and 6% voted None. With this Sri Lanka was admitted into the Country, it have been made into a State with Colombo serving as the Capital.

It's day two of protests in the Philipos SAD and protestors are showing no signs of backing down. The city's police have doubled their numbers in the streets and set up barricades on Mavis Street.The city's current Chief Executive , Prokopis Kusi , who the protestors are demanding he step down has called the accusations against him , "False and politically motivated and fabricated by the opposition which seeks to overthrow my legitimate government which was elected by the people".He has also proclaimed a state of emergency and imposed a curfew on the city but still the protestors prove persistent .The mainland's government meanwhile has called for peace and calm in the city with Premier Frimpong saying that "Gavierland will honour the special autonomous status of the city and believe that it will solve its problem on its own like it has done in the past".

INS Teg Dispatched a HAL Dhruv Helicopter with 2 Pilots and 4 MARCOS SF Personnels to make gather Intelligence over Aden to comfirm what weapons are present in the area incase pirates are present. The helicopter is also warned about MANPADS Threat and if any MANPADS are found, it is to leave immediately. 
Lower Nubia is informed of this plan and also advises all nations that any flights over Aden could be quote dangerous as there is a RUMINT on MANPADS been present.

Its the third day of protests in the Philipos SAD and still the Chief Executive, Prokopis Kusi refuses to step down.But there may be hope for protestors as opposition leader and fierce rival of Kusi, Alexander Sam told reporters today that his party , The National Party , has formed an alliance with other opposition parties in the Legislative Assembly and will request for a vote to impeach the Chief Executive and it might succeed as there appears to be divisions among MPs of the ruling Progress Congress.

A simple Intelligence Gathering mission over Aden turned into a Combat Nightmare in just a span of 5 mins.
The HAL Dhruv named Nova-2 with 2 Pilots and 4 MARCOS SF Commandos was out on a Intelligence Gathering Mission over the city of Aden, just 3 mins above Aden and they started to receive Small Arms Fire, but since it was out of range to do any harm, it was ignored. 5 mins into the mission and MANPADS Alerts start blasting the Pilots over a Potential MANPADS launch. The pilots take a sharp right turn, barely dodging the Missile. Another one fire and proxy fused blasted near the helicopter, making it go out of control. The Pilots managed to gain control at the last min and managed to do a crashing landing with the Captain injured, the Co-Pilot and the Commandos suffered none luckily. The helicopter crashed in the high mountains of the Aden Peninsula. The crash site was totally visible as the Occupents retreated to a more high level ground and setted up makeshift defensive positions. After an hour they started receiving fire and returned fire, they suspects Pirates might have a larger presence then they expected, the attack was repulse but the condition of the Captain of the helicopter keeps getting worse. The Commandos might be one of the best special forces in the world but are facing a impossible challenge to stay in a hill while been assaulted with no support.
The Indian and Lower Nubian Navy received SOS messages from the helicopter. The Indian Planners insist that Air Ops are too dangerous to be conducted and instead they land the rescue team via the sea.

India have changed it's Tax Policy that now everyone (expect people in poverty) must pay their fareshare of their taxes. But 40% of these taxes collected from Lower Income people will be used for Public Services to improve Public Transportation, Schools, Hospitals, etc to benefit those who cannot afford Private Alternatives.

The Republic of Lower Nubia continues to open up to nations across the globe in search of opportunities for future trade and commerce. It is absolutely necessary that the Republic's economy and diplomatic efforts be open to the globe, it search of new commercial and industrial opportunities which make the Republic a leading financial trade center. It is therefore the imperative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to maintain good communications with the globes nations to facilitate this goal of furthing the economic progress, not just of the Republic, but all participating nations. Those nations with which the Republic seeks diplomatic ties include:
The Sultanate of Barwajoo.
The Kingdom of Zebasis.
The Kingdom of Holy egyptian kingdom.
We hope the above nations welcome such efforts with open arms.
The Republic will provide each of the above nations, and any others applying, with residences for vetted staff and an embassy site which will be handed over to the respective nation as extraterritorial land and thus under the law of their commanding nation.
Already, the Republic of United states of the argentina has accepted an envoy from the Republic, and will negotiate an embassy with the Argentinian government. Meanwhile, the Republic offers to the Argentinians a residence on St Mark’s Road (0.26 miles from the Ministry offices), in Napata, alongside the Mombombuan Embassy, with necessary accommodation in the city being provided upon Argentinian confirmation of the diplomatic team staff. The Embassy allotment will be handed over to the Republic of United states of the argentina as extraterritorial land. It is expected that the Embassy will be prepared by the end of July.

Nubian Response to Helicopter Downing, 6th July, 2022
Statement by the Ministry of Defence
"Although information is limited the Ministry can confirm than a reconnaissance helicopter, a Hal Dhruv utility helicopter, named the Nova-2, deployed by the Indian Destroyer INS Kochi, has been downed over the port city of Aden. The Ministry is not confirming the location of the crash, but we do know it sustained a hit from a surface combatant, which we suspect to be shoulder launched, and that the pilot as well as occupants survived the crash thanks to the pilots and their SOS message. The helicopter was deployed as part of intelligence gathering for the joint anti-piracy operation in the Gulf of Aden, and specifically to provide information on potential threats in the city before the arrival of the Nubian and Indian fleets - who currently are some distance from the city. For now, owing to the real threat, the LNS Ben Amer and LNS Omar, and possible our Indian friends will close the distance to Aden in an attempt to provide relevant assistance, but will remain 10 km's from the coast.
A joint operation for a land based rescue is being drawn up, a Nubian MACO team, and Indian Special Forces, are already being briefed on a find and retrieve mission. Although no further information is being provided at this time on such a mission. The Republic is maintaining a close eye on the port of Makullah with the LNS Allaqi, alongside the INS Teb, as well as maintaining forces close to the port city of Aden until further notice."
