The Issue
An unfortunately botched maneuver led recently to the deorbit of an unmanned government spacecraft over Spanelsko. Intended for a deep space exploration mission, the nuclear-powered probe carried onboard several kilograms of plutonium. While the craft itself burned up harmlessly on re-entry, concerns have since been raised about the possible health and environmental effects of its radioactive payload.
It must have been a sabotage, the Engineers and Scientists of our horde would never fail me, knowing they would be in best case scenario thrown to the sharks. Russkov, you are one of the only nations rivaling our dominance over the final frontier of space.... tell me why i should not suspect you of sabotaging our space program commie?
