There would likely be very little in Astovich. Some cities may have minimum wage laws, labor laws, and union recognition requirements. Most don't. Astovets, the largest city in the Counictvaand most prosperous inland city (though on a river) would boast some basic health requirements, but mainly for the product and not for the workers. The port city in the region (I haven't named it yet) has a similar situation, but it does have union recognition laws. The countryside has basically nothing. Investment in Castriwec and Kyrystalis on the other hand would likely be heavily regulated due to the intensity of socialist/feudal laws respectively. Workers would likely prefer to work elsewhere. Overview
The Malvekian Government's foreign policy is officially based on the principle of neutrality and maintaining peaceful relations with all countries, regardless of their ideology or political system, and to further develop relations with other countries in the region. Therefore, it is imperative that Malvekia remains open to the establishment of diplomatic relations with ALL countries, even at the most base levels of embassy establishment, in order to open a line of communication with the various nations that populate the lands of Valsora.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malvekia assesses destinations from Level 1 (Exercise Normal Precautions) to Level 4 (Do Not Travel). The levels are assigned on based prevailing indicators and degree of risk. Keep in mind that certain nations may enacted laws or regulations that run contradictory to Malvekian legislation, such as Malvekia's legalisation of recreational cannabis usage that may not be accepted in other nations. Insistent travelers should take extra precautions if deciding to travel there, such as the Malvekian Embassy phone numbers, experienced and familiar local guides, and emergency plans and funds to leave from the country when necessary. |
Level 4 -Do Not Travel | Description: This is the highest advisory level due to greater likelihood of life-threatening risks. During an emergency, the Malvekian government may have very limited ability to assist travelers. The Malvekian Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises that Malvekian travelers to NOT travel to the country or to leave as soon as it is safe to do so. Any travelers intending to travel to nations of Level 4 TAL will be prohibited from doing so, and any attempts to bypass said prohibition may result in arrest. Exemptions are only made for government officials and representatives or humanitarian organisations under guaranteed security protection. |
