Okay Kampf Empire, what I meant to say is that I will remove 25 Divisions from the border, and keep 5 Divisions on guard, that won't mean it's an army enough for war, that means they are only guarding the borders, they will be open again, but with security forces, and for god's sake, it's not going to start a damn war nor is an invasion force.
