unfortunately I may have skipped it since I was tryna join my schools varsity basketball team (I never joined) so I focused more on that then on any other form of exercise

Hey, you can't change the past. Point is you started which is more than most people. Especially now. Don't try to take on the world. That kills motivation. Just see what you can start doing now. Build up slowly.
