I'm new to NationStates. I'm trying to get two endorsements so I can make my "Freedom for Children" proposal to the world assembly. Basically, the proposal aims to make ALL forms of education absolutely free and make schooling non-mandatory, among other things. This plan will eventually better the happiness of the people and lower unemployment/crime rates. Anybody wanna help me out?
