Righto. Here it is, my final message to this region.
I - Khomney, you have to be the most toxic person I have met on this site, and I have been on here for a long while now. You constantly feel the need to give your two cents, especially when nobody asked or (heaven forbid) wanted it. Almost every time I log on I see you posting some stupid crap that is meant to piss someone off or get under their skin.
Then whenever you get into an argument with someone, you pull the typical liberal move and back out when you are wrong, instead of just admitting your fault. That or you put the blame on someone else. Words cannot explain how low my opinion of you is, and I am confident if you act like this in real life you are going to be beaten up on multiple occasions.
II - This region has the most valuable resource in the game (nations) in excess, but it will never use them and just does not care for them.No disrespect to Crystalsummer here but I think you should take full power just for a little while. Take Tigerania for example, he absolutely grinds his ass off for this region but nobody seems to really notice. In contrast, GBN doesn't do much and everyone thinks he is amazing etc.
Now you are probably asking why I didn't put The greatest bestest nation on this list as I seem to have Beef with him. I know you mean well GBN, and I respect that. It is just the delivery is sometimes lacking. Also who tf is so stuck up they name themselves the greatest bestest nation?
Thats really all I want to say, Khomney hopefully you can see this and maybe start to change. If not then have fun in the real world mate.
I think these types of leaving messages are dumb and pointless makers of drama (which is why I'm only addressing the part relating to the game), but I'll just point out that most governmental activity happens on the regional Discord, which is why you probably think I do nothing. A lot of people do stuff for the region that you probably didn't even realize did anything (Vostrov writes stuff for the newspaper pretty consistently, clicktopia manages internal affairs, etc.) By the way, we do notice what Tigerania does, as he's our Chief Judge and manages the region's bot (we do have one, but once again, it's only on the Discord), which are very important (and even if he didn't, we appreciate him anyway.)
Also, it's perfectly normal for 90% of the nations in a region to do absolutely nothing. Most people just want to answer issues. It's not like we aren't trying to get people involved, it's just that most nations never get involved regardless of what you do (see: literally every other region in the game,)
On another note, now is probably a good time to point out that some of you take this game way too seriously.
It's literally a browser political simulator. Nobody really cares all that much about this (including myself), and you don't need to get angry and flame each other over talking through here.
There were people in one of my old regions that took this game waaay too seriously. They caused so much drama it was unreal. How a political simulation game can cause so much BS I'll never know.
Of course it fits, but an argument about politics (especially on a political simulator such as this where everything is biased towards one side, both in how the game works and in the community itself) gets ugly a lot (which is why I never partake in political discussions here.) Such as the many times that politics were discussed here recently (I honestly saw this whole thing coming from a mile away after seeing any political discussion involved UPNA, Khomney, and Xsyco result in flaming.)

I am a moderate Democrat who supports Trump, but if Biden is nominated I'll vote him. Essentially a Centrist.
I'm what you'd call a leftist or social democrat. I support the Scottish National Party.
Then again the U.S. Left is different than the UK's, right?
What we consider normal, run-of-the-mill leftism (NHS, social security etc.) is considered hard-left or "socialism" in the US.

When you really think about, the welfare state was initially a conservative idea.
It would never work in the United States tbh. But countries like Scandinavia do tax the hell out of it's people.
The Scandinavian nations also have some of the freest markets in the world. They just counterbalance this with a robust welfare state and yes, high taxes. But this also means more equality, social cohesion and happiness.
