Feels right to update y'all on this, I legit forgot:

She's at home, in our cures now, and feels like she's recovering from her respiratory infection.

She didn't cough once since her discharge, and her breathing seems going normal. She is slowly returning to her standard behaviour, although her brother, sadly, struggles to recognise her and doesn't try to interact much with her, even if they were really close before.

As for the heart thing, she has a cardiomyopathy in an advanced state: she seemingly always had it. There are cats that live with it fine, but at this advanced state we cannot predict how many years does she still have to live... at least we have her in our comforting hands for the time being, that's something... I hope.
