But if you move Nessie to, say, where boardwalk is, and, say, get him to terrorize everyone there. Then, property values will be low because nobody wants to go where something scary AF was sighted, so then you get the gorgeous views and the low mortgage, because you can just outright buy the whole Boardwalk if it’s low, and Nessie gets a bigger swimming pool!
