Map 57

Overview

Welcome to the Pegasia, a new world as you may say that houses many ideologies and is home to two resident superpowers; the Imperial Federation(ping AGU and Tonga) and the Republic of Yingguo(Ping Krustevland). With the technology year being 1975, it is currently the cold war period presently being butted between the nations of what Yingguo considers as the "Free World" and the Imperial "Monarchist League" with many inbetweens such as Gayogohono/Overhadamine and Verisaw.

In this world, you decide how your nation acts, reacts and conducts itself on the world stage, so long as it follows our rules on the discord. The cold war rages on by the day, and the nuclear clock continues to roll as the few sit ontop of the many with their masses of power and strength. Come join us today, we need you to fight on the good fight - or your own fight, if you may.

STANDARDS OF REALISM
- No technology beyond 1976, anything beyond that has to be researched with every in real life day representing 3 months of roleplay research to the "First Flight" year.
- No utilizing weapons of mass destruction such as nuclear weapons. Chemical and biological warfare is allowed in defensive conditions(Offensive only if the other player agrees).
- No edgy roleplay posts, maintain the basic rules of the RMB. This would mean no genocides, no things such as re-enacting the holocaust and graphic purges.
- No loopholing, loopholing will be determined by the executives(Ping ESL, Me (AGU), Krustevland and Tonga) and if caught doing so will face OOC and potentially IC reparations
- No joke nations and godmoddy nations. This means you can't have your terrain entirely depend on hard to traverse land and you can only use 3-5% of your population in military.
- No instant defeat military posts. You have to roleplay the movement of your forces and them engaging the enemy before actually attacking or "defeating" them. Always ping opponents.

If you are interested in submitting a claim, be sure to contact the following nations:

-Truavania (For Pegasia)
-Noflag[/nation] (For Hollow Earth)
-The Islands of Tonga[/font]

*nations in either one of these types of alliances, can be in the other type of alliance, ie, a nation in a defence alliance can be in a economic alliance.
*Unions count as one nation, so if a defence/military alliance has a union that breaks up and there are more than 8 members(nations) in the alliance, its ok, as long as they dont bring in more people after the break up. note, if this is being exploited, removal of alliance and ban on joining alliances may occur.
*you can not be in an alliance of the same kind, ie, defence/military and economic

Defence/Military alliances

*Alliance member limit is 15 members

Did you know: Stars are star shaped.

Territorio di Nessuno, Chinese rebel, and Neo-panem

Civilization emerged on the boreal continent in and around 1000 BCE as primitive family-based social clans formed. These cultures emerged along the northern coast of Fusea, mostly in modern-day Caun and Damarques. The hunter-gatherer peoples in the region endured the cold through abundant elk and beaver hides. Commerce in pelts served the framework for the rise of the classical Fusean fur trade kingdoms 700 years later. Form there, the civilization known anthropologically as the 'boreal civilization' evolved to speak and write in an antiquated French precursor language known to linguists as 'prehistoric french'. The boreal people established a prototypical barter economy dominated by the fur trade. Based on archaeological evidence, these fur trade kingdoms came to be around 350 BCE, ruled by kings made wealthy on their stocks of fur, meat, and timber. It was at this point that the mythological warrior-hero, Heurakle, is said to have accomplished his one-hundred labours. Most of these traditionally involve ridding the boreal forest of powerful witch-covens and their leaders. In the most popular legend, Heurakle presents the sorceress Cassadousac with a necklace handmade with impossibly fine (sometimes described as 'magic') silver. Whilst Cassadousac revels in the forest, she trips over a stone which prompts Heurakle to assist her. However, Heurakle instead pulls around the necklace as well, causing the witch's head to soar off. After having killed Cassadousac, Heurakle presents the head to the witch-queen Mère Érthyne prompting her to both surrender and offer her espousal to Heurakle, their union producing the firest kings and queens of the land. The word 'Efusaie' appeared on ancient manuscripts describing the Heuraklean myth at this time as a term for the inner regions of the boreal subcontinent—the general region of the Fusean Empire and its neighbours, although these manuscripts assert that Heurakle was "conceived from the dominion of the rising lune", a phrase suggesting that Heurakle was either born from or near the Sea of Fusea. As the primordial fur-trade cultures continued to progress technologically and militarily, they expanded further inwards along the eastern Fiolk mountain ranges and into the endless boreal forest. A well-preserved map of the kingdoms dating to around 450 CE revealed the five dominant 'reaumes' in the Boreal subcontinent—Cersey, Cassey, Cersonnel, Calvary, and Lotionsken.

After agriculture came to be mastered in the coastal regions, a rich feudal culture and economy developed around this time as the five dominions of Fusea began to clash with each other over possessions rich in agricultural yield rather than pelt. The majority of these kingdoms occupied vast swathes of boreal forest within inner Fusea, but held fiercely-defended exclaves in the temperate forest where agriculture could be sustained. Some deep-forest societies instead relied entirely off of hunting caribou for their meat, which could be traded for grain and rye. The feudal age is also defined by the reign of a notable Cerseyan King documented in 593 CE named Koser. He is often remembered as a greater conquerer at the advent of the middle ages. Koser was—according to the epic poem La Légende de Cosseur—the first person to rule the boreal subcontinent under a single domain, though this claim is disputed and details regarding the extent of his kingdom and his general background are unreliable due to inconsistencies among other sources of the same time period as the poem, most of which are aprocyphal. It is generally agreed however that he was indeed a real individual holding all or nearly all of the fertile coast of Fusea before his death, leaving the kingdom to diminish in power. He originally left his five sons and daughters to govern the remnants of his territory, but experienced difficulties defending their regions against the rival kingdoms of Cersonnel and Calvary. Koser I's successors also spent much of their reigns at war with one-another, eventually leaving the Kingdom of Cersey as a single, unified Kingdom under Koser I's second son, Koser II, originally reigning as 'Adréque III'. In 799 CE, Lorraine III of Cersey was at odds with her family due to a usurpation of Koser V's direct successor. To secure her power, she instituted fiefdom and began the peerage of Fusea by conceding to her offended family and friends generous positions as fiefs within her realm. As noble Cerseyan peers were installed to oversee peasants in place of appointed military-governors, the agricultural growth of the country at the hands of serfs began to rapidly accelerate, and fiefdom was soon adopted into neighbouring kingdoms. By 850 CE, the five feudal kingdoms in Fusea had all adopted a fiefdom-based feudalist society.
