The protagonist is a regular person in this time line but he is transported to the future where everyone is very dumb. All of a sudden our regular guy is very smart. (In comparison to the future ppl).
The reasoning why everyone was dumb, is because intelligent ppl waited with getting children too long, so less and less smart ppl were born. Dumb ppl just procreated like rabbits. Thus more dumb ppl staying alive, thus everyone is an idiot in the future.
I would invest into and create worker cooperatives, fund progressive & socialist >:3 political campaigns in the US, fund green & slow fashion companies/organizations (I luv fashion), take a bunch of classes (German, Arabic, Hindu, etc. language classes; tailoring classes; etc.)
