RMB question! What is the longest, or one of the longest reigns of a leader in your nation? Of course you can share some info on them if you wish. I was working on a new revised timeline of Martenyikan monarchs from ~1860s-20th century today, so that's what made me think of this.
Nyassa was born in 1886 and ruled Martenyika for about 40 years from 1927-1968. Incidentally, he grew up during the long and celebrated 33 year reign of Emperor Zewedru IV (1882-1914), who likely inspired him. IRL inspiration for him so far is Haile Selassie, the Emperor of Ethiopia from the 1930s-1974.
Kings Armhad I, Urhod II, and Queen Umhīlī all reigned for about 47 years so I'd need to determine their exact days of ascension to the throne and death to know who is the actual longest. To become the longest reigning monarch (according to Nhoor's form of government) it mostly depends on their ability not to die, as illustrated by King Armhad V, who reigned for 46 years but spent most of that time in a mental asylum.
As for First/Prime Ministers (since 1845), it's Lɵcmws Onher-Candirheqh (first time 1929 - 1943 ; 14 years) consecutively, or Choved Cemhijy (1853 - 1857, 1866 - 1876, 1876 - 1883, 1886 - 1894; 4 + 10 + 7 + 8 = 29 years) non-consecutively.
As the leader of Baumes as a whole, it would be Eduardo Baptista, who ruled Baumes as a dictator following a successfull communist coup in 1952 up until his death in 1977. Baumes for most of its modern era has been a democracy so Baptista and his successor, Joaquim Valenco, were the only two dictators in Baumish history. Valenco reigned from 1977 until the restoration of the republic in 1983.
If we're counting other leaders, that'd go to King Afonsus IV of Manchal. He was the king of the Kingdom of Manchal under the Baumish Union (federated kingdoms something like Malaysia) from 1821 until 1882 when the Baumish Union was dissolved and all its monarchs were deposed of, turning Baumes into the modern Baumish Republic it is today.
The founder of the country assumed power at the age of 15 in 390 CE. He would rule for 95 years and died in 485 CE. His life was extensively documented from official historians and religious texts so there hasn't been much in the way of denying these claims. I think the majority of monarchs after that would have under 40 years on the throne.
In the post-monarchism state, the leader of the facist Junta, Djaewo Pyuto, would hold onto power from 1933-1970 for a total of 37 years (Passed away at 73 near the end of the civil war). Following him would have been our first president, Vanwae Dípyu. He was president of the Congressional Republic for 10 years before being elected the president in 1971 and serving 3 full terms for a combined total of 25 years.
I haven't worked out the reigns of Takiv's monarchs yet, but I have made a timeline for chancellors going back to 1871. Since 1871 (which is when universal suffrage was introduced), the longest serving Chancellor is Razkaj Funaz, who served for a combined 14 years from 1915 to 1921, and from 1923 to 1931. Funaz was the only chancellor from the Democratic Alternative Party, a populist party that appealed to farmers and industrial workers. It eventually merged into the Social Democratic Labor Party in 1948. (The DAP is inspired by the Populist Party in the US, which was active in the late 1800s and early 1900s.)
The shortest serving Chancellor so far is Mazlaj Vukev, who served for 2 years in between Funaz's terms in office from 1921 to 1923. Vukev was a member of the Takivaj Conservative Party, which was Takiv's main center-right party until it lost the 1978 election in a landslide, and split into the modern day parties of the National Union Party and the Takivaj Heritage Party.

Following the seizure of the Interior in 1919, the Tsunter Parliament passed a motion giving her the right to use the honorific surname Chae'la Tsunā, meaning "of the Tsunters".

Would anyone here be interested in an informal organization/agreement to limit the proliferation of long range missile and MR/IRBM technology? It would operate similar to the Missile Technology Control Center (MTCC) and International Code of Conduct against Ballistic Missile Proliferation (ICCBMP).
I was working on some of my missiles when i had the thought that, other than cost of development and maintenance, there isn't much of a barrier for countries to develop long range and ballistic missiles. So in theory many nations could develop MRBM or IRBMs and threaten a large portion of the isles, even without nuclear weapons.
The goal would simply be to impose restrictions on the sale of key technologies and impose limitations on the types of long range missiles that can be produced (Such as range and payload limitations).

Does the organization/agreement seek to restrict sales so that only organization/agreement members can buy the key technology?
it is a mutual understanding that would restrict the sale of key technologies. Ideally, people who sign up already have the domestic ability to produce such missiles, and they would restrict sales to non-member nations. But it would also keep member nations from unnecessarily building such long range missiles as well. The goal is to prevent an arms race, as well as keeping the ones that already exist out of the hands of bad actors and threats to regional peace.
