The English District of Inzagy is a gargantuan, safe nation, ruled by Rue with an even hand, and renowned for its compulsory military service, ban on automobiles, and absence of drug laws. The hard-nosed population of 24.519 billion Inzagyians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The large government juggles the competing demands of Education, Welfare, and Healthcare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Capitol. The average income tax rate is 40.9%.

The large but inefficient Inzagyian economy, worth 934 trillion Euros a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Furniture Restoration industry, with major contributions from Gambling, Basket Weaving, and Cheese Exports. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is 38,124 Euros, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.7 times as much as the poorest.

Riots have broken out as a water shortage threatens Inzagy's stability, parents must choose their children's names from a government-mandated master list, retirement homes are filled with foreign war criminals, and citizens are tied down and forced to watch educational videos on empathy. Crime, especially youth-related, is well under control, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Inzagy's national animal is the frog, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Panemism.

Inzagy is ranked 46,471st in the world and 10th in England for Most Beautiful Environments, with 704.98 pounds of wildlife per square mile.
