The pull event runs from 4:00-12:00 AM EDT and 1:30-10:30 PM EDT (8:00-16:00 UTC and 17:30-2:30 UTC). This means that no matter where you are or what timezone you're in, you should be able to parteacipate. It also allows R/Ders time to join minor, and for you to go outside, take a walk, and enjoy life outside of NS Cards.
