Well, we could always officially establish relations between your nation and mine. If we do, I’ll include you on my diplomatic relations chart. It’s up to you.

Yes, I did. Anyways, you can let me know if you’d like to be included whenever seems reasonable.

The Royal Empire of United Europe-Eurasia (UEE)
Vermelian Palace, Vermeliville, South Yorkshire District, Yorkshire Province, United Europe-Eurasia
Project Ziplip - The Enforcement

On a cool winter day, King Morris I announced that he has scheduled a mandatory meeting at the Vermelian Palace in Vermeliville. All members and ministers apart of The Crown Council scheduled their flights and made their way to Vermeliville, some quiet and nervous, some loud and interested, Eurasians remained on edge as the government left Providence Forge to attend the meeting.

8:00 AM EFST, Vermelian Palace, Vermeliville

"Good morning everyone, so glad you all could be in attendance of this meeting. As you know my counterpart Mrs. Farowhall introduced Project Ziplip to you all. This is a very big advancement for Eurasia regarding the crisis in the Rovelisian archipelago, and we need everyone to be on standby for emergency."

With many people on edge, King Morris I keeps his serious tone and remains very determined.

"My ministers at the Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Department of Defense are very ahead with our plan and is carrying out everything to the best of their abilities, however, I am taking this situation seriously and today I am signing an Executive Order to speed the rollout of Project Ziplip, countering Midand in their abilities to continue rolling out their Midand As One policy. With this executive order, we will begin sanctioning any nation that works economically, does business, or financially benefits public and or private business in Rovelís. We have noticed the Hanguk-Nipponese government working with the Rovelisian people and making advancements inside the territory in question, while they remain a stable ally of the UEE, they have failed to correspond with Eurasia's plan on countering Midandian influence and instead have decided to push forward with engaging illegally with Rovelisians. After finding this out, I have personally decided to give Hanguk-Nippon 15 days to end all illegal investments with Rovelís and to cooperate with Eurasia in countering Midandian imperialism. If the Hanguk-Nipponese decide to reject this suggestion, we will have no choice but too temporarily pause relations with Hanguk-Nippon until further notice so that we can continue or rollout of Project Ziplip. As the leader of an extremely large country, I understand how hard it can be sometimes to rule properly and understanding the best decisions, so I am personally calling on Emperor Sesato to schedule a meeting with me to begin discussing Rovelís personally."

The Crown Council applauds King Morris I as he begins making his final statements and prepares to sign Executive Order 752, Project Ziplip

"Effective Immediately, I am signing Executive Order #752, Project Ziplip, to be enforced at Level 5 Importance, this Executive Order quickly rolls out Project Ziplip, deploys the military within 100 miles at every corner of Rovelís, and declares The Crown Council to be in a state of emergency. With this executive order, I also call on Hanguk-Nippon to cease all economic relations with any person(s) that support the 'Midand As One' rollout, and to only permit Anti-Midandian business and to begin countering Midandian imperialism inside the archipelago. United Europe-Eurasia is calling on Lucy Freeman, to join Eurasia in countering Midandian officials in forcibly taking over land that doesn't belong to them, I am personally willing to invest $20 Million Crown Praqra's in her journey to end the spread of Midandian fascism. The UEE will also begin pushing the media to report on Midand's illegal activities and to pressure pro-Midandian groups to cease all support, thank you."

King Morris I signs Executive Order #752 into law and officially calls upon the Department of Foreign Affairs and Department of Defense to rollout Project Ziplip, and the meeting ends.

MIDAIA, ACT II: PARABELLUM - PART TEN

CRACKDOWNS
August 4th, 2050
11:30 AM MST

Private Lounge, VIP Section, Terminal 3, Midandia International Airport, Midandia

"Good day, Chairman. Forgive the quality of my video uplink, the Internet connection in the airport is a bit spotty today."
"No problem at all, Vice-Chairman. It is fine as long as we are able to hold our conversation for now. Was your journey to the airport alright?"
"Completely fine, nothing of note, Chairman. Our flight to Midandian rovelis leaves in three hours. The rest of the delegation is busy handling the press."
"Very well. I trust you have heard of recent happenings from United Europe-Eurasia?"
"What, about Project Ziplip? They're simply trying to impede Midand As One, are they not?"
"Well, not only that, but they seem to have intensified their anti-Midandian stance. They are now working full force into preventing both 'Midand As One' and Project Forward. I presume sanctions and condemnations will be handed out to our economic and political allies. My sources tell me they will, and I quote, 'begin sanctioning any nation that works economically, does business, or financially benefits public and or private business in Rovelís.'"
"So what does this all mean? What should be our course of action going forward?"
"We need to intensify our grip over Rovelís, more than we already are. We need to begin crackdowns on anyone who shows even an inkling of an anti-Midandian sentiment and silence anyone who says otherwise. Like we are doing with the mainland already, the Ministry of Security has begun formal plans to restrict any unsolicited access to potential outside influences that may sway the Rovelísians' opinions of us, such as with Eurasia's meddling in foreign affairs. Our operatives in the territory tell me the independence movement in Rovelís is increasing in magnitude after a sum of money was paid out to them by foreign benefactors such as Hanguk-Nippon, though with Eurasia's new announcement, we will not have to worry about that much longer. However, we still must swiftly put this movement down."
"So what do you suggest we do?"
"We will do what is necessary. Internet and VPN restrictions, strict regulation of information in and out of the archipelago, and increased regulation of the residents. We need this pitiful independence movement absolutely disintegrated. We shall increase the budget for the Midandian-Rovelísian National Guard. We must, however, be more discreet with our dirty work. As said earlier, we do not want another Lucy Freeman-esque riot on our hands, if we want to avoid collateral damage. Like it or not, Rovelís must be an impenetrable fortress."
"Very well, then, Chairman. Sounds like a plan."
"I am adamant about having your delegation 'lay down the law' in Rovelís. We need to ensure they are loyal to Midand and nothing else. The cabinet, Order, and I and have decided to send a team of security and defence specialists along with your delegation. We need the local authorities to feel Midand is still the dominant force in the territory. I trust you and the rest of the delegation will ensure the Rovelísians will know what our message is."
"And so we shall."
"I will not keep you busy any longer. Enjoy your flight. Thank you for your continued loyalty to the Midaic Order, Vice-Chairman."

Insurgency - Action | 4 August 2050 | 7:47 PM HNST | Priority Conference Room, Local Administrative Offices Precinct, Hongryō Street, Nanjugo District, Kakomun, Tōdongbuhōsanyama Province, Hanguk-Nippon

“They want us to stop? Stop supporting a nation’s independence?”
“They wish for us to cease all funding for the underground pro-independence faction, Your Majesty,” spoke Gakyō blandly. He frowned and rested his hands in his lap. Sesato sighed and put on his reading glasses. In front of him was a stack of transcript messages from their compatriots in Eurasia. He was agitated and a bit confused, though all he could do is make a decision rationally and wonder why such a notice would be issued their way.
“All I can be is confused. I really do wonder how we’ll be able to assist the separatists... I suppose we stop sending them money. It’s not like we gain anything in return.”
Gakyō stood up. “It was simply just monetary aid. Here was no financial gain on our side, Your Majesty.”
“I understand, Itsuki. But perhaps they wanted us to be cautious. There’s a risk in unilaterally supporting rebels in foreign territory, a great one at that. Even if relations have hit a rock bottom recently, it would be imprudent for us to continue the assistance with such great stakes. People could die, understood?”
“Of course, Your Majesty,” Gakyō sat back down in his seat frustrated.
Gyoroku Shingo, who was seated directly across from Gakyō, tilted his head up and turned to Sesato with anticipation. He opened his hands and smirked.
“Your Majesty, I have a proposal. Firstly, what exactly do you make of the current situation in Rovelís; As in, what specifically makes the riots so frighteningly fierce?”
“The violence. The near-death scenarios those people land themselves in. What else?”
“That is true, Your Majesty. Of course, won’t it be the best if we could exemplify those even more? Like... the concept of martyrdom, in Christianity. Stories of heroic and brave souls fighting for what they believe in... Rome tried to oppress them in fears of the religion overtaking the empire, and look at what history had in store for them. There’s a good chance that trying this idea could only yield them more sympathy. More publicity is always a good thing when it comes to atrocities. The news services do a good job at dramatizing everything. Even the smallest, most minute, and dismissible details could be magnified and blown up to the extreme. Take the Gunaghua Insurrection in 1966: the pretender’s last stand at the stairway to the temple. Men falling down those stairs. One after another with their rifles dropping down onto the slippery ground until finally they shot the poor young man. All of that was fully broadcasted. Men, women, and children in Hanguk-Nippon saw it. Even if the coverage in China is still uncertain due to cover-up, people were horrified. It was unsettling. It became a symbol of the ultimate collapse of absolutism and a markedly violent transition to full democracy within many nations across the world. Your Majesty, you can’t deny that increased coverage brings more awareness and, with that, sympathy. There are other options of course: we could continue with the monetary loans, we could advise them to begin an active revolt right now, we could try to convince the Eurasians that their declaration would only be hindering the progression towards sovereignty, et cetera, et cetera. But those quite obviously carry much more of a cost... What is you opinion, Your Majesty?” Shingo looked at Sesato with blatant pressure. Sesato sighed and pushed the papers away.
“You make a good case, Gyoroku. However, I’m still unconvinced as to reject other plans due to the risk of scrutiny. We shall set forth with your plan, but on the condition that we take bolder action as well. Change must be made for the better of the Rovelísianos. And, yes. The lending shall cease, even if it doesn’t count as business even in the slightest. There is no gain, gentlemen. There is only a positive limbo in which anything could change.”

Sesato put away his glasses and stood up.
“Gentlemen, you are dismissed. Thank you.”

Project Ziplip - Communication Error
Eurasian National Security Center, Northern Lights, Polar Lights District, Yorkshire Province, United Europe-Eurasia | 11/06/50 2:45 PM

On a cold, blizzardy winter day, The Eurasian Intelligence Agency finally broke through the code they've been needing to break-through for months. With many intelligence workers in shock, the head of intelligence is thrilled to finally be able to get his revenge on Midand.

"Ah, what an amazing day for Eurasia isn't it?

Head of Eurasian Intelligence Christopher Van Pelt sips his afternoon tea while reviewing security coding and communication codes.

"Mr. Van Pelt, this is a very important move for Eurasia, we need to ensure that we select the right option to push Midand as far back as we can. This is the final step to turning the Rovelísianos against Midandians and pushing Eurasian-backed Civil Unrest to its maximum extent."
"I understand that Mr. Bruce, but we also have a woman that we need on our side, I've done my research on her myself. Lucy Freeman, she was the leader of many anti-Midandian riots that were practically successful besides the fact that Axel Vodden suppressed them through violence.
"King Morris I called upon her and I'm sure that he will receive a response soon enough, many Eurasians have called upon her to engage with Eurasian-backed anti-Midandian plans, and right now we are sure that she will as she is 100% anti-Midandian herself."
Very well then, well we have officially cracked into Rovelís's communication systems. The Eurasian Intelligence Agency has set Midand as it's primary priority after King Morris I issued that executive order and declared the council into an emergency.
"Well since Eurasia has access to Rovelís now, we need a plan to quickly force Eurasian propaganda into their local news broadcasting agencies. We can't wait any longer, and we sure cannot upset The Royal Family."
"Indeed, however, I need you to contact our partners at the Eurasian National Space Agency and let them know The Eurasian Intelligence Agency needs full access to all satellite imagery of The Rovelísian Archipelago as soon as possible. But make sure they've been updated within the last 24 hours."

Meanwhile, Mr. Van Pelt dials Prime Minister Melissa Farowhall's phone number to notify The Crown Council of his success in breaking the code, the call went as follows.

"Hello Mrs. Farowhall, it is a pleasure to be speaking with you on this fine afternoon."
"It sure is, I heard you had some news to provide to The Crown Council?"
"Yes ma'am, we've just recently officially broken into Rovelísian and Midandian communication codes, we have full access into their broadcasting agencies, and their emergency systems."
"I'm rather impressed Mr. Van Pelt, this news is great and I'm sure all the members of The Crown Council will be happy to hear this news. King Morris I's 752nd executive order clearly specified that the full power of the Eurasian federal government was to be released, and as Prime Minister, I am here to enforce this order, so I am ordering the Eurasian Intelligence Agency to block all of Midand's communication access to Rovelís, and this needs to be a speedy process with no trace of Eurasian interference at all. And I also need you to begin pushing Eurasian propaganda to all of Rovelís's broadcasting agencies, and since media is controlled mostly by the state on the archipelago, I want the EIA to create millions of social media accounts and post pro-Eurasian content, make sure the Rovelis populace sees this.
"That is a very big order, Mrs. Farowhall, but I will ensure that it be fulfilled. Eurasia is currently still working on accessing Midandian communication towers on their mainland, we're about 87% done with cracking their code, it is taking longer than expected after this executive order bur we're almost done."
"Very good, please provide The Crown Council with updates every 12 hours, we also expect that emergencies be reported immediately to us upon their happenings."
"Will do, Mrs. Farowhall, it was nice speaking with you."

Mr. Van Pelt hangs up the phone, conspiring his next big attack plan on Midand.

However, in Providence Forge, Minister Rossborough reads Hanguk-Nippon's response to King Morris I's recent statement at Vermelian Palace.

1078 Time Avenue, The Eurasian National Archives Building, Central Government District, Providence Forge, Eurasian Federal Province, United Europe-Eurasia

"Wow, Hanguk-Nippon had no objections to suspending all monetary aid to Rovelís, one less problem for me to deal with."

Minister Rossborough takes a sip of his water as he begins writing a letter to Emperor Sesato, thanking him for his cooperation with Eurasia.

Dear Emperor Sesato,

I am pleased to hear that you're willing to work with the UEE in countering Midandia's presence in Rovelís. Per request of King Morris I, I am writing this letter to inform you that The Royal Family and the Eurasian government does not wish to pursue any hostility with our Hanguk-Nipponese counterparts in Seoul, we simply wish to work together with you in avoiding another fascist government from taking innocent people's lives away from them. As you are most likely aware, Project Ziplip has officially been put into law and is being enforced as we speak, and as Minister of Foreign Affairs, I would personally request on behalf of the Eurasian government that you team with us in enforcing Project Ziplip so we can counter Midandia's imperialistic intentions together and as fast as possible, we need as much help as we can get. We hope to hear from you again soon.

Best Regards,
Michael Rossborough

I noticed you guys start alliances with outlier districts if the tribute is above the norm or has some kind of special skill, what if I told you I had both? I think you’re putting a lot on the table, I do know that if we get put in a forest setting you could be valuable but I also know those from 7 are hit or miss when it comes to combat. How about this, I’ll work with you during training but if your training score is too low to impress me then the alliance is dead, fair?
