Ok, literally a decade ago, a group of people created this thing called The Empire. They snuck nations into many regions, including this one. TEP. and couped the legal leader, by using votes from their own foreign agents, who momentarily became people of that region.

The Empire turned into the House of Rahl. Think of them as a real, actual, NS version of the Illuminati. Except they aint just a myth. They actually are out there.

With the help of another group called Lone Wolves United, they've couped many regions and turned them into vassal areas. They've taken Balder (once as huge as us), they hold TWP.

All that 'marsupial' crap? It's a way that Rahl does its thing in each region. They get rid of ppl by blackmail, by emotional manipulation. They're very, very old in this game. So they have a lot of power. Most members are older.
