Hello everyone! I am running for the HoC in the upcoming election under UNI! I hope to receive your support throughout my campaign and on election day. During my time in Thaecia, I served on the Senate and I am a former TPU Chair but recent events have led me to change parties. I believe in common sense bills that will reform laws that need to be changed to stay current in the region. I also support a political revolution that will fundamentally change Thaecia’s government for it to work for the people effectively. I hope to receive your vote on election day!

Hello Everyone! I am officially announcing my campaign for PM! I hope to receive your support throughout my campaign and also your vote on election day. Thaecia has a choice to select a new PM. Andusre has done a great job leading Thaecia in the PM office for the past 2 terms but now we need to continue his legacy in office. Thaecia needs a leader that will lead the region through hard times and will ultimately prevail through those hard times. I will support much needed reforms of our government and I am the only candidate so far that is supporting Unicameralism. If we want real effective change in Thaecia, I am your candidate. My main opposition, Rayekka, is certainly respectable in Thaecian politics but I vow to be a better leader than him in the PM office. Ministry of Domestic Affairs:
My plan for the Ministry of Domestic Affairs is simple. Thaecia needs this Ministry to be functioning to the best of its abilities for the region to flourish. The Ministry of Domestic Affairs will be properly defined in my term and the Minister will also overlook Departments that are created that fall under this Ministry. I plan to merge this position with the Minister of Culture to maximize the efficiency of this Ministry. The Ministry will continue to create fun polls for residents to answer and will overlook the running of the region, especially in the departments that will be created.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
I will have a globalist approach to interregional affairs for Thaecia. Through my globalist approach, I believe we can open embassies with useful regions that will end up benefiting both of us in the long run. I would like to strengthen our embassy policy and also to enforce it effectively. We need an embassy policy that will work for us as a region in foreign affairs.
Ministry of Legal Affairs:
My plan for the Ministry of Legal Affairs is to get it to work properly and to also be defined for it to work. We need a Minister of Legal Affairs that will prosecute those that break our laws and to review already passed laws to determine if they are constitutional. I would like to make it easier for people to get involved in our legal system, such as participating as lawyers and possibly legal advisors for writing legislation.
Unicameral Legislature:
I have an ambitious plan to shake up our legislative branch. We all have witnessed how our Bicameral legislature simply does not work. Most of the time, one chamber or both chambers are shut down or are not working due to partisan divides. It also takes a while for a simple bill to pass our legislative branch, which is not good if the bill is critical in fixing any current issue. I support and will plan to enact a constitutional amendment to make our legislative branch Unicameral. Within the new Unicameral legislature, there will be standing congress committees with each member of congress in a committee. The purpose of the committees will to increase participation in congress and to make sure each member is working on something, not just doing nothing through their term in congress. It will also empower a more stronger and unified legislative branch that will work to focus on all parts of the executive branch and to make sure it is efficient at all times.
Department of Recruitment:
I plan to create the Department of Recruitment, which will fall under the Ministry of Domestic Affairs. The Minister of Domestic Affairs will overlook this department which will be led by the Director of Recruitment. The purpose of this department will be to recruit nations to join Thaecia, either between stamps or manual recruitment. I would not be shut down to the idea of setting up an API for the region to constantly send recruitment telegrams to newly created nations.
Security Committee:
I plan to create a Security Committee with its sole purpose is to defend the region from all external and internal threats. Each member will be selected by the President and will need to be approved by Congress. Every member of the Security Committee will receive the permission of border control and they will work with the President to insure that the region will always be safe and secure.
Regional Archives Account:
I plan to create a puppet nation with its purpose is to store all information of the region. This account will work similar to the one set up in the Thaecian Senate. In every prior region, there was already an account set up or one was created to store information. It would be easier to organize information this way instead of multiple nations storing all of the regional information. This would be one of my long term projects during my term to transfer all dispatches onto this account and to make the archive system organized.

Campaign announcement for my campaign for senate:
If elected, I hope to help UNI and TPU reach compromises and negotiate. Too many times have compromises failed, mainly due to an unwillingness to make an agreement. This quickly devolves into insults and general toxicity. We need to be more open-minded.
One of the main reasons for my running is that I strive to heighten Thaecia's standards for its legislature. Past legislators have begun to lower our standards through inactivity and incompetence. We need our legislature to be a place of intelligent and active debate. We need to strive to keep partisanship and toxicity to a minimum, and the way to do that is to set an example for the future.
- Support continuing our bicameral legislature but would be open to a referendum on the issue as it is of great importance and if a majority wants it then it should be implemented. Before the referendum, it would be beneficial to have a formal, prepared debate on the issue to ensure that citizens see both viewpoints.
- Thaecia should be careful about interregional organizations and shouldn't actively seek to join one. However, Thaecia should actively seek to join or create interregional games and contests
- We should reconsider the Thaecia Military Defence Force Creation Act.
- We need to pass an amendment to close the constitutional loophole
- I am against radical reformations to Thaecia's system of government and oppose the merging of the offices of PM and President.
Lastly, I am completely open to criticism. If something I say or write on Discord or NS is incorrect, please let me know.

Hello people, I would just like to remind all of you that the Thaecian Polling Insitute is holding a poll regarding our next General Election. This poll is more elaborate then other recent ones, taking into account factors such as specific parties not sending candidates on both chambers, and allowing for independent candidacies to be listed individually. Don't know much about what specifically happened but if he wasnt rigging them (I doubt he was because in his xernon got more than fishergate and being a UNI guy, developing world would have rigged for fishergate if he had rigged at all) I'd guess that it's prejudice (which might be justified) and not toxicity.
